On Water Disposal Problems of Fish Industry

The main water disposal problems of fish industry are described in the paper. One of the problems is fat pollution extraction. The decision of this problem is offered in the paper. Mathematical model of the fat extraction process by the aeration method and optimization of the model are adduced. Treatment efficiency of the ether soluble substances is about 85%.

Microwave treatment of wastewater sludge of food production

Influence of microwave radiation upon wastewater sludge of food production has been studied in laboratory experiments. The dependence of some physical sludge parameters on microwave radiation processing time has been shown.
